How to subscribe?
Check your eligibility at the nearest Customer Experience Center or call 121 from Orange and Telkom Network or call 020-2222121 from other networks.
You can then download and fill in the application forms and carry the following items to the Customer Experience Center to get connected to Broadband Nyumbani.

How to manage your prepaid account
Go to www.orange.co.ke then click on "internet" followed by "orange internet portal" and it will probe you to give in your user name and password.
NB: The orange internet portal is available online and offline for management purposes.
Input your user name and password as per the access cards for example:
user name: BB1234567@orange
password: xycnaJHL
On the home page of the customer Orange Internet Portal the following information is available:
Current Account Balance
Previous Account Balance
Expiration date of the account
How to top up your account
Go to "recharge account" then click on "use top up card" then put in the Card ID & Card Password then click continue
How to buy a package
Go to "Services" click on "Available Packages" and "Purchase" depending on the package you would like to buy.
How to check on your consumption
Go to "History" and then click on "sessions/call report" and specify the "from" and "to" parameters in order to view the sessions you have been online for.
How to change user details
Go to "User Profile", click on "update details" and change any of your user details
