the subscriber enters their 12-digit scratch card number here to top up

this service is only available for Orange Mobile subscribers

friends and family

• provides ability to add and delete special 5 numbers
• maximum of 5 numbers allowed
• 10 digit number allowed for national numbers
• can change up to 5 numbers per month for free (ksh 100 if you want to change more)

offers and promotions

subscribers can buy Orange current offers and promotions through this menu (e.g. SMS/MMS bundles, data bundles etc)

please call me

through this menu a customer can ask a friend to call them back, free of charge the friend will receive a text message requesting that they call the requesting party's number

can be used up to 3 times per day and must have less than ksh 40 in their account

transfer

subscribers can transfer between ksh 50 and ksh 2,000 to another Orange Mobile number

the number entered by the user is checked and it has to be 10 digits (national format) with 077, or between 11 and 15 digits (international format)
